High Flame Retardant Film

FR700

LEXAN FR700 is a black, one side fine matte, one side velvet flame-retardant polycarbonate film with a UL94 V-0 listing at 0.250 mm. This film has formability, excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures, and a high flammability rating, making it good for applications such as power supply insulation, disc drive insulation, bus-bar insulation, TV/monitor insulation, PC board insulation, business equipment insulation, and has insulation and EMI/RFI shielding when laminated with metal foil.

Valox FR1

Valox FR-1 film is a flame retardant thermoplastic polybutylene terephthalate film offering UL94 VTM-0 performance down to 125 microns and good temperature performance. Valox FR-1 film`s outstanding dielectric strength and ease of fabrication (i.e., thermoforming, embossing, clean-edge die-cutting, folding, and bending) makes it very suitable for a wide range of electrical, electronic, and medical applications.

FR25A

LEXAN FR25A flame-retardant film is an opaque, thin-gauge polycarbonate film with a velvet finish on one side and a polish finish on the other and a UL94 V-0 listing to meet the stringent requirements in a wide range of electrical, electronic, and transportation applications. LEXAN FR25A film offers improved score and bends fabrication capability versus LEXAN FR700 film in addition to ease of thermoforming, hydroforming, embossing, die-cutting, folding, and bending. It is suitable for applications such as printed circuit board insulation, backlit aircraft in-flight panels and displays, business equipment insulation, computer rack partitions, and TV and monitors insulation. Standard available colors include black, white, light grey, and dark grey.

FR60

LEXAN FR60 flame-retardant film is a clear, thin-gauge polycarbonate film with polished surfaces on both sides and a UL94 V-0 listing to meet the stringent requirements in a wide range of electrical, electronic, and transportation applications. LEXAN FR60 film offers ease of thermoforming, hydroforming, embossing, die-cutting, folding, and bending and is very suitable for applications such as printed circuit board insulation, backlit aircraft in-flight panels, and displays, business equipment insulation, computer rack partition and TV and monitor insulation.

FR63

This film has formability, excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures and a high flammability rating, making it good for applications such as power supply insulation, bus-bar insulation, TV/monitor insulation, PC board insulation, business equipment insulation and EMI/RFI shielding when laminated with metal foil.

LEXAN* FR83 flame-retardant film is a matte/polished, thin-gauge polycarbonate film with a UL94 VTM-0 listing to meet the stringent requirements in a wide range of electrical, electronic, and transportation applications. LEXAN FR83 film offers ease of thermoforming, hydroforming, embossing, die-cutting, folding, and bending and is very suitable for applications such as printed circuit board insulation, backlit aircraft in-flight panels and displays, business equipment insulation, computer rack partitions, TV and monitor insulation, PC board insulation, and can be foil laminated for insulation and shielding.

EFR85

LEXAN* EFR85-701 film is a black, one side polish, one side velvet Eco flame-retardant polycarbonate film with a UL94 V-0 listing at 0.38 mm and VTM0 at 0.178mm. This film has formability, excellent mechanical and electrical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures, and a high flammability rating, making it good for applications such as power supply insulation, disc drive insulation, bus-bar insulation, TV/monitor insulation, PC board insulation, business equipment insulation and has insulation and EMI/RFI shielding when laminated with metal foil.

NORYL EFR735 is halogen-free flame retardant Polyphenylene Oxide film offering UL94 VTM-) performance down to 0.006" (152 microns) and excellent temperature performance to meet the requirements in a wide range of electrical, electronic, and transportation applications. NORYL EFR735 film has outstanding dielectric strength and ease of fabrication such as thermoforming, embossing, clean-edge die-cutting, score, and bend, Gauges available are 6 mil, 10 mil in Matte/Velvet texture finish.
