Capabilities

With various sheeters at all locations, Regal can provide custom sheeting up to a 72” Width and a Length up to 144” depending on the material.

Slitting capabilities range from narrow rolls down to 3”, up to 60” wide. Our flexibility in roll widths allows us to provide the customer what they need.

Whether it’s a custom masking requirement or an adhesive applied to a rigid plastic film, we provide options for specialty projects. We can do either roll to roll or roll to sheet depending on what is needed.

Precision cutting for press-ready sheets has always been a value-added service Regal provides. Custom cutting material with a thickness range from .003 to .060.

When the plastic substrates require a higher dyne level for either printing or adhesive lamination applications Regal has you covered with the ability to do this in-house.

If master rolls are more than is needed. Regal can rewind material to smaller rolls that can get the customer exactly what is needed for the job.
