Banner
Singled-Sided Banner rolls are available in a wide variety of thicknesses, strengths, finishes, and sizes to help meet your specific application requirements. They have a smooth front-side finish for picture-perfect imaging, high bonding strength, stable ink absorption, high tear/tensile strength, an enhanced backside surface for better movement across the print platen, and an improved white point. Single-sided banners are available in both matte and gloss finishes in widths ranging from 38" to 126".
Double-sided Blockout Banner delivers very similar print quality on both sides. 12oz. double-sided banner is best suited for indoor applications where complete banner opacity is needed, while thicker double-sided banners like 15oz. and 18 oz. are ideal for outdoor applications requiring complete opacity. With their unique low curl formula and lay-flat appearance, double-sided banners are perfect for pop-up or scrolling banner stands, tradeshow and event graphics, POP, and pole banner applications.
Mesh Banner comes in a variety of thicknesses and sizes to meet specific application requirements. Mesh banner is typically used for applications such as banners in stadiums, on fences, and on building wraps. It can come with a PVC backing on the mesh to prevent ink blow thru onto the printer or without. Most mesh banner is printable on only one side, but double-sided options are available. Mesh banner is best suited for front-lit applications that require air-flow through. Mesh banner is available in widths ranging from 54" - 126".
Adhesive Backed Vinyl
Calendared adhesive-backed vinyl is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications that require durability ranging from 3-7 years. They are available in matte white, gloss white, and clear colors with either permanent or removable adhesives. Adhesive-backed vinyl is designed for interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates, and point-of-purchase displays.
Cast adhesive-backed vinyl is a high-performance film that has been developed for applications that require the highest degree of durability, conformability, and performance. It has been engineered to be highly conformable, repositionable, and removable with little or no adhesive residue for several years after installation. Cast adhesive-backed vinyl features a smooth surface to produce vivid, life-like prints. Most cast vinyl features a solvent-based, grey-pigmented* repositionable adhesive. The main application for cast adhesive-backed vinyl is vehicle wraps.
Static Cling
Static Cling vinyl film is a PVC Film that sticks/clings to smooth gloss surfaces such as glass, smooth plastic, and shiny metal surfaces. It sticks to these surfaces without any adhesive and can be removed without leaving behind any residue. Static cling is ideal for a variety of graphics, craft, and decorative applications such as signs, decals, window graphics, door covering, and protective masking.
Perforated Window Film
Perforated window film allows for stunning graphics on one side and a clear, unobstructed view from the other. Virtually all glass surfaces now have the potential for maximum visual impact. Perforated window films are the perfect window-graphics media for outdoor advertising, including vehicle and building wraps, POP, retail and commercial window signage, corporate identity, and much more.
Films
UV films are available in coated and uncoated polyesters developed exclusively for UV flatbed printers. These films are used in applications where the value of dimensional stability, flatness, and clarity is necessary. Typical applications of films include retractable banner stands, scrolling displays, backlit signage, window films, and temporary and repositionable signage.
Polycarbonate
General Purpose: Polycarbonate sheet is a virtually unbreakable sheet that is 300-times stronger than single-strength glass and significantly tougher than other transparent sheet materials of equal thickness. It`s unlikely that a polycarbonate sheet will break, shatter or chip when hit with items such as rocks, bricks, or bottles. Polycarbonate sheet is also light in weight, transmits 85%to 89% light in normal window thicknesses, and has good weatherability.
UV Curable Polycarbonate film is available in multiple textures and is designed to provide the durability that roll-up trade-show graphics demand. The inkjet-receptive, smooth, printable surface provides consistent, accurate, brilliant color on a wide variety of UV flatbed printers. The non-glare, textured front surface protects the graphics from fingerprints, abrasion, and humidity and makes the graphics easy to read under all types of lighting.

Paper
UV curable papers are designed to produce near photo quality images on any UV flatbed printer. These coated papers will outperform the color gamut and image quality of any uncoated papers. Papers are perfect for short-term POP signs and display graphics images.
Textiles
UV Curable textiles are ideal for UV and Latex printing. They are available in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor fabrics in widths up to 192". Most of the textiles meet NFPA 701 flame requirements, and those that are not can be coated to meet this flame requirement. Common applications for textiles include banner stands, trade show exhibits, table covers, and fine art reproduction.
Wallpaper

Acrylic
Extruded Acrylic sheet is a glazing, signage, window, or display material that is unaffected by moisture and has a high strength-to-weight ratio. It offers high light transmittance and can be heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Extruded acrylic can be cut, routed, polished, bent and formed.
Cast Acrylic sheet is optically transparent, unaffected by moisture, and offers a high strength-to-weight ratio and high light transmittance. Cast acrylic sheets can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Prolonged exposure to moisture, or even total immersion in water, does not significantly affect the mechanical or optical properties of this material.
Patterned Extruded Acrylic sheet is lightweight and easily fabricated. There are various patterned sheet options available, including non-glare, frosted, P95, and DP32 acrylic sheets. These sheets all have a unique finish and are used in various applications ranging from POP Displays to outdoor patio table tops.
Impact Modified Acrylic sheet offers good impact resistance along with excellent weatherability, clarity, and processing characteristics. Developed primarily for the sign industry, this impact sheet combines the well-known weatherability of acrylic with proprietary impact-resistant chemistry. These properties, along with outstanding thermoforming characteristics, provide a superior material for signage applications.
PETG
PETG co-polyester sheet is a thermoplastic sheet used in engineering applications. PETG offers the capability to produce complex shapes, precise details, deep draws, and compound curves without worrying about durability. PETG is easily formed, die-cut, and punched. It also brings increased design freedom and lower fabrication costs. In sheet form, PETG has the impact strength and fabrication ease that acrylic can`t touch, with the durability to significantly reduce packaging and shipping costs.
Styrene
Styrene sheet is used extensively in the graphic arts market for the production of signs and displays. It exhibits a number of characteristics desired by lithographic, screen, and digital printers. Styrene is also ideal for medical, food, and dairy packaging applications. Styrene sheet is available in a variety of thicknesses, color densities, and sizes to fit the most application.
Expanded PVC
Expanded PVC is a lightweight closed-cell, rigid PVC sheet. It is available in white, black, and multiple colors. Expanded PVC comes in a variety of thicknesses and sizes to fit most applications. The double-sided matte surface is ideal for screen printing, painting, laminating, applying vinyl lettering, and forming projects. It can be easily sawed, drilled, bent, and fabricated using ordinary plastic tools and fasteners.
Fluted Polyproplene
Fluted polypropylene sheet is an extruded sheet comprised of two skins separated by vertical ribs. These ribs create a series of "flutes" that run the length of the sheet. The square box shape of the flutes makes the sheets rigid and strong. The skins and ribs are very thin, making the sheets very lightweight, especially compared to solid sheets. Fluted polypropylene is available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes to fit most applications.
Aluminum
Aluminum Clad Panels are a rigid, durable aluminum composite sheet consisting of two pre-painted aluminum sheets ranging from .006 to .012" thick that are bonded to a solid polyethylene core. This unique composition makes it approximately one-half the weight of aluminum. Aluminum clad panels are an excellent replacement for aluminum, MDO, plywood, and thick gauge plastics.
Aluminum Sheets and sign blanks come in a variety of thicknesses, sizes, and colors. Blanks can also come with rounded corners as an option. Many of these sheets include a protective PVC covering on one side to keep the sheets clean and dust free.
Infinity
Infinity is a heavy-duty, all-plastic panel that features a litho-grade, high-impact polystyrene surface perfect for screen printing and digital printing. It is ideal for permanent displays and signs. Infinity is designed for interior use and is favored for its durability. The dent-resistant styrene liners are secured to the foam center with a remarkable bond that keeps the panel flat and rigid. The Infinity surface does not allow moisture to penetrate, so inks and paints stand out vividly for screen-printed, digital-printed, or painted images.
GatorFoam
Gatorfoam® is a tough, durable, lightweight foam board with a polystyrene core and a patented manmade veneer laminate face for enhanced durability. Gatorfoam is an excellent choice for laminating print and also for direct-to-substrate UV printing. Gatorfoam is available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes to fit any application.
