LEXAN 8A35 is a one-side velvet, one-side polished transparent polycarbonate film. It offers high-temperature resistance, excellent dimensional stability, as well as good printability without pre-treatment, making it very suitable for multi-layer printing for applications such as overlays, floor graphics, high-performance labels, and in-mould decoration. It can be screen printed using traditional solvent-based or water-based inks, as well as UV or infrared drying inks, and offers ease of processing for thermoforming, embossing, die-cutting, hydroforming, and bending. The velvet texture offers mar resistance and can be used over light-emitting devices (LEDs).

LEXAN 8B35F is a one-side velvet, one-side fine-matte transparent polycarbonate film. It is specifically designed to help eliminate pinholes in demanding backlit applications. The velvet/fine-matte film offers excellent clarity, heat resistance, and dimensional stability with a smooth surface. It is provided with improved gauge control and reduced texture variations.

LEXAN 8B36 film is a one-side suede, one-side matt transparent polycarbonate film. It offers high-temperature resistance, excellent dimensional stability, and good printability without pre- treatment making it very suitable for multi-layer printing. The heavy suede texture offers mar resistance, and the product can be used over light-emitting devices. Its low gloss level reduces glare in automobile interiors and offices.

It can be screen printed using traditional solvent-based or water-based inks, as well as UV or infrared drying inks, and offers ease of processing for thermoforming, embossing, die cutting, hydro-forming, and bending. The brushed 1st surface allows processors and OEMs alike to achieve a brushed metal appearance by back printing, laminating, or spraying with metallic inks, adhesives, or paint.
