LEXAN OQ92W optical film is a high-performance film that may offer very good chemical/abrasion/UV resistance, together with improved surface quality and tightened gauge variation over standard HP92W. This highly durable, easily printed film may help create new opportunities in outdoor graphic applications.

HP92AF

LEXAN HP92AF film is a one-side coated polycarbonate film offering long-term anti-fog performance, abrasion resistance, formability, impact resistance, dimensional stability, and good optical clarity. LEXAN HPFAF film also provides chemical resistance, tintability, and anti-static properties. It has been specifically developed to offer very good performance in the visor/eye protection industries and a variety of other applications. LEXAN HPFAF film accepts commercial ophthalmic dyes even at ambient temperature on the coated side. Both sides of the film can be printed for graphic applications. Typical applications include industrial visors and goggles, sunglasses, sports eyewear, instrument lenses & display panels, motorcycle visors, mirrors, windows, face shields and windshields, appliance fascias, and telecom lenses.

HP01W

LEXAN HP01Wxx graphic film is a virtually glare free film that uses SABIC’s unique coatings technology allowing high light transmission for clear and sharp graphics. This high-performance coated film also offers very good
chemical and abrasion resistance with excellent UV resistance. These performance capabilities, along with ease of processing, make HP01Wxx film a good choice for outdoor graphic applications such as warning labels, outdoor
menu boards and gasoline pumps graphics.

HP92E

LEXAN HPXXE graphic films are high-performance coated films offering excellent chemicals and the highest abrasion-resistant package of any films in the SABIC Innovative Plastics graphic film product line. Features include Extreme durability of the coating, 1/8" Mandrel bend flexibility, Gouge resistance, excellent clarity, and consistency of gloss level. Note: LEXAN HPXXE film cannot be the first surface printed with graphics or textures, and it is not suggested for 3D forming

HP92T

LEXAN™ HPXXT graphic film is a high-performance flexible hard coated film that offers very good abrasion and chemical resistance. This highly durable film looks to create new opportunities in coated film application designs whose potential benefits include: enhanced formability, embossing, and lower taber haze compared to existing LEXAN™ HP films. HPxxT films can be thermoformed up to 10% thinning at standard forming conditions. This film also offers good chemical resistance against several industrial chemicals and household cleaners. LEXAN™ HPxxT hard coated film is available in 48” widths and gauges from 0.007” to 0.030”. Masking is of the cling type on the uncoated side and of the stick type on the coated side. This hard-coated film is available in 12, 40, 60, and 92 glosses.

SLX

LEXAN* SLX film is a high gloss film available in 6 standard colors (red, black, yellow solid colors, and metallic blue, beige, and green). LEXAN* SLX film is also available as a clear coex film or as a clear monolayer film. The monolayer film is a good choice for applications with exposed edges requiring chemical and weather resistance. All LEXAN SLX films offer outstanding color fastness and gloss retention, even after more than 10 years of outdoor exposure. In addition, they demonstrate improved scratch resistance over basic LEXAN* Film, as well as exceptional chemical resistance, including resistance to gasoline.
